Our Talent Acquisition team are working in partnership with our leadership members to provide more diversity to our company, hiring more young talents, women, etc. One of the initiatives focused on young professionals is the Intern Program, started in 2013 in Brazil, where we had 100% success. We have also established partnerships with new universities and brought more women students to the program, as part of our global effort to provide a better gender balance to our business. With the amazing outcome we had in Brazil, now we´re planning to expand it to other countries in CALA, like Argentina and Mexico.
