Very high turnover. Only way a manger or above answers a question is with another question. Come on, not everyone needs to work on critical thinking skills with every single question! The turnover is so high the previous leads would agree one on strategy, then the new comers would put up a huge road block and not move forward. Some time ago the Pres wanted almost 5000 people to relocate to Houston, Then when they found out how many would not relocate, they took back the mandate (or the door would be closed for you). Run far far away from this company.
