they pay pretty well and generally look after their salespeople The company is generally doing well and under pretty good sir leadership The cluture is pretty good it's like being in the family when you are there

North American centric, can be less understanding of European Markets Can be massively over optimistic on sales targeting (like many companies) Highly political environment and can be a bit clickey you have to manage upwards well Process and red tape can stifle innovation - too much red tape and legal/commercial governance from the Nortel MEN acquisition can stifle innovation.
