High Turnover - Laborer Cincinnati Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is unfortunate that you did not have a great experience with CI. Its possible that your experience is not as current since we have had new leadership join the company a few years ago. Regarding the comment about turnover, we were actually very happy with out turnover in the past three years. It is true we lost nearly 30 employees who retired last year but a large part of that reason is because they were in the pension plan and we offered a lump sum option which doesn't happen very often. These retirees had an average age of 32 years with the company which says a lot about our retention. Additionally 4 of the individuals who retired asked to come back part time which we gladly accommodated. Our voluntary has been less than 10% in the last three years which is less than half of the national average for manufacturing companies.
