Pros
Tinseltown OKC. It should be a simple and fun job if you do what you're supposed to do. Light cleaning, stay on your till, don't go hiding when there's no customers leaving your fellow employee picking up your slack, staying on task, update your availability when you know something is coming up or school has an event because that leaves your managers scrambling to fill your position if you don't show up or calling in sick every other week because you don't feel like working, clean theaters as your supposed too, don't go talk for an hour when there's no drops, don't ask to use the bathroom when you see it got busy because you don't want to do your job, or pair with someone you like or dating and finish your tasks in 3 hours when it should have taken you 30-45 minutes. One person on their phone and another doing the work is not ideal or count as a 2-person job. They work with you if you are honest and you can change your availability as needed. They know life happens and they understand. Free movies, 50% discount and 75% discount from Nov to Jan. It really is not a bad place if you have a good, fun manager, which we have a few.
Cons
Detailing the whole building is not ideal, if they want anyone detailing, they should pay more than ten an hour, detailing or being a maid pays $20 an hour, or ask the maintenance guy to do the cleaning of the drains and tubes under the cabinets. You get what you pay for an ten an hour gets you, not a maid or detailing of a building. This place use to be fun and it was fun with all the decorations and the giant Christmas tree. It now feels and it looks dead from the ugly gray outside, broken stars and dead inside. R.I.P Tinseltown, we miss you. Some assistant managers are great, one makes us feel awkward and doesn't smile or talk unless demanding something and writing everyone up for small things instead of talking to us, but the higher ups are lazy and pretend to be busy.
