Pros
The pros are free movies, 50 percent discount on concessions and friendly coworkers and some of the managers are cool. It's a good place to work as an entry level job but not enough to make a career out of it.
Cons
The cons are the ways things are run. It used to be an enjoyable place to work and I looked for to going to work everyday but since we ha periods of being between managers. It states going down hill. There's barely any communication and when there is, it's not very clear. I don't have any problems with the managers or coworkers. I enjoyed working with them but the consistency and value has gone downhill. I tried to leave the place better than I found it and it was definitely a struggle to do so. Like I said on the pros column, it's a entry level so if you want to look at making a career. I would suggest looking somewhere else and there's also a lot of favoritism there between managers and employees. I do believe some employees became managers because of favoritism instead of their skills.
