      Pros

      On the job training, customers (most of the time), co-workers, learn a wide variety of skills, low pay but reasonable if you arent greedy

      Cons

      The only con i have is that you have to put up with a lot of stupid employees and customers. Needs to be a better hiring interview questionnaire.

      Limited traditional office/corporate experience May require nights, weekends, and holiday work Skills don't always translate clearly on a resume Can be stressful managing customers and staff simultaneously
