-Fun -Free movies -Learning environment -Paid overtime (1.5x?) for holidays: christmas, christmas eve, new years eve, 4th of july -Opportunities to move up in management from floor staff if you work hard and have a good work ethic.
Cons
-Sometimes you have unreliable fellow employees. -Occasionally you will be asked to come in, to compensate for an employee not showing up. -Not getting paid overtime if you work over 40hrs/week
