Pros
Meet tons of people, good bad and indifferent. Pretty easy to pick up hours.
Cons
Everything. Bad pay. Bad management. Bad work. No real benefits other than free movies, which are frequently taken away. Inner politics suck, and they promote people they like, and ignore those who actually deserve it. Management is hypocritical about rules and policies, and you can't work with family.
