Raises are not offered to exceptional workers, under-appreciated workers, cleaning messes in short time frame, picking up team members slack, not enough employees scheduled on busy days, tend to burn yourself when cleaning/closing concessions, theaters smelled bad. (Some of these only apply to the theater I worked at).
