Pros
You get to watch as many movies as you want, for free - and you get to bring a friend along with you. The workers themselves are mostly teens and are all pretty chill, so the work environment can be pretty fun. You sometimes get to take what's left of the popcorn home with you in a huge trash bag. If you work hard, you'll get the chance to move up the ranks. I took on 3 different positions while working there for only 7 months.
Cons
You've got to stay on your feet, or, as in my case, you'll get chewed out in an instant. The managers were absolute beasts who didn't seem to have a sense of humor, or even a personality at that. They were the reason I quit, sadly enough. Pay is minimum wage, as you'd expect. Tough work for cheap pay, but then again, you've got plenty of others willing to replace you. You do spend some very late nights doing repetitive procedures, in the way of cleaning after the last showing. With midnight showings, expect to be sticking around till 3 in the morning.
