The people most definitely make up the job, the benefits to see free movies, it is a fast pace environment it is almost never boring, flexible hours, great for students in college who want to pursue a career in management.
Cons
The pay can be meager compared to other locations with the same job title, it can become really stressful during the busy movies, and your weekend and nights are where you will be working most.
