Great first job, good tends to be greater than bad Flexible hours for student, between work, and everything in between Good internal community - coworkers become quick friends Build up communication and coordination
Cons
Management will penalize for not following guidelines, but often does same to please customer Can be stressful during mega box office weekends - those movies that just bring everyone in Half-con/Half-pro - Hours are set into three chunks (morn, afternoon, night) which gives you time, but inconsistent on what hour blocks you get
