Pros

Very flexible hours and freedom to assign availability allows a person to work while still attending school or having a second job. The job can be fun and your coworkers, managers, and regular customers become more like your friends.

Cons

Many rude, insulting, and sometimes abusive customers. The building is open every single day from early mornings to late nights including all holidays. Getting together with friends and family is often difficult. The pay is low and there is no overtime. The job is cyclical and you'll do the same thing week after week when new movies come out.

Pros

3 months training; team leads and supervisors support you during all the process (hiring, training, calls); the place is calm and organized; every month we have team meetings and individual feedback. We have promotions on our area, at least $1 dollar per year of salary increase. You need to pass with a 80% score on a yearly test, even after being hired. You can receive a $2,500 bonus if you are hired as a trilingual agent (Portuguese, Spanish and English).

Cons

It is a call center environment, so you need to be prepared to work under pressure in order to make things happen. But your coworkers are really supportive and trilingual or bilingual, mostly.
