It is a good environment to learn team work skills and bond with coworkers. You can also see free movies, although corporate office acts like this perk is the end all be all.
Cons
Upward mobility does not exist. Your performance reviews do not matter. Bad reviews don't result in termination, good reviews result in 10-25 cent hourly raises at best. Corporate management will lie to field management regularly
