Good team work, benefits, flexible schedule, paid vacation, scholarship opportunities, health and dental insurance.
Cons
No discounts on any food and beverage items at the concession stand. Movie passes are handed out during the weekends and can't go see movies at other Cinemarks. You have to ask for permission to see new movies when they first come out.
