Pros

I really enjoyed the working environment at first. It was welcoming and friendly for the most part. I learned a lot and was able to gain experience doing a variety of tasks, but I would not recommend working at Cinemark unless you're in high school.

Cons

As much as I liked how friendly the managers were at first, as time went on, I realized that this was a perk because the managers would treat their employees like their friends, which in many instances crossed boundaries. They would be really lenient with employees they favored and talked badly about those they didn't like. It was extremely unprofessional.

Pros

3 months training; team leads and supervisors support you during all the process (hiring, training, calls); the place is calm and organized; every month we have team meetings and individual feedback. We have promotions on our area, at least $1 dollar per year of salary increase. You need to pass with a 80% score on a yearly test, even after being hired. You can receive a $2,500 bonus if you are hired as a trilingual agent (Portuguese, Spanish and English).

Cons

It is a call center environment, so you need to be prepared to work under pressure in order to make things happen. But your coworkers are really supportive and trilingual or bilingual, mostly.
