Clueless management, from theater level up to VP. The most dysfunctional management culture I’ve ever experienced. But this is to be expected where most managers probably started out shoveling popcorn & possibly have no other work experience. There were no facilities policies or procedures. There was no repository of corporate facilities info. There were no corporate standards. And if there were, they were not made known to the theaters.
