Pros
Great benefits package with 401(k) and stock purchasing options.
Cons
Pay is dismal and does not take into consideration education level. Employees with no degree, Associate's degree, and MBA all start out at same pay rate which is tough to justify. Education is pushed by senior managers for advancement, but the company is not willing to offer tuition assistance or repayment. When education is completed there is no real recognition given or increased opportunity for advancement.
