Pros

Putting the shirts on the backs of hard working Americans.

Cons

Growth models and projections of Quarterly Growth Bonus run to infinity in less than 2 years. SSR is responsible for far too much to enjoy a healthy work life balance. Every management position is overloaded and stretched too thin, everyone has more to do than they can handle. Everyone from production, to office admin, to service dept, to sales dept has got communications issues. SSR is responsible to follow-up with all this all the time. Management says they promote within, but I proved that is not the case. Not if you're a hard worker. That's all you'll ever be in Cintas if you work too hard, no good for promoting within. Physical labor is outside of healthy (golden-zone) lifting and will damage your body. Pay is barely good enough.

Pros

4 day work week and informed training

Cons

As an SSR, you're responsible for a lot; customer complaints, product shortages, bill discrepancies, customers that are in your face yelling/swearing. You are expected to give out your personal cell and email. With the average SSR having over 100 weekly clients, that's a lot of phone calls and emails, while you're already working a busy and physical job. They also claim you can make all these different bonuses. A lot of those bonuses are very small and capped. While I was there, I witnessed SSR's purposely overcharge clients on invoices just so that they could hit their numbers to attain a bonus. I did not enjoy having to have the same conversation over and over with clients that were overcharged.
