      The professionalism is refreshing in the office areas. They offer good benefits, 401k, IRA, and rewards for accomplishments

      Cons

      All employees performance is on a point-based system. Very little to no leniency and you can be let go if you exceed your point limit. Burnout very possible

      Pros

      The only pro is that they hire good coworkers, almost all are in their early 20s and great people.

      Cons

      No communication from upper management, little flexibility, fully in office, no sick days, poor pay.
