      Pros

      Cintel does great at supporting their employees and every person I have worked with has been transparent about opportunities and challenges. Cintel offers fairly competitive benefits, and generous PTO accrual. Cintel offers a welcoming and trusting work environment. It speaks volumes that people are looking towards leadership instead of hugging a wall when they walk in the room.

      Cons

      There are few cons to Cintel. The needing to use most of your PTO before the years end is the biggest one to me.

      Pros

      Great company. Benefits are on par with other companies. They do a lot to give back to the community. Small company so owners & Managers actually know you and care about you.

      Cons

      Not their fault, but I work offsite so it’s sometimes hard to connect.
