The best thing about this company is the growth and constant desire to change and improve. It's no longer a stagnant, tone-deaf organization and leadership is a big part of that. It's truly like working at a modern, rapidly growing software company. - competent management - proper workload that's flexible based on need - great vacation policy - hassle free getting/expensing needed items - fun events and team building - very casual environment - superb teamwork between teams and departments - competitive salaries and bonuses - WFH and flexible work time (easy to live your life while working!) - super fast growth and new challenges every day - trust in employees and no micro management while still providing direction - very low turn over among employees
Cons
Not many cons at all. Benefits are good but I would like to see better parental leave, and more holiday time off (without having to use PTO).
