Thank you for sharing feedback. We appreciate your comments on both the positive culture we’re building at Circa and the areas for suggested improvement. While there are unfortunately still some cumbersome aspects of our legacy systems, we try to regularly communicate the internal systems roadmap and have had resources applied to a variety of improvement projects to update the homegrown systems and transition to other best in class third party platforms. We’ve successfully completed transitions to Salesforce, Paylocity, and newly implemented a lead to ledger upgrade with Intaact to name a few. As we continue retiring functionality in homegrown systems like AMS, please understand that we can’t immediately update or replace all older systems simultaneously, however we’ll continue prioritizing and balancing the needs of our employees and customers and make updates as quickly as possible. We also want to continue supporting our employees in their career development and advancement towards higher earning positions. Circa employees can leverage the Individual Development Plans to identify what they want their near and future career goals to look like, and then set plans in partnership with their manager to achieve them. Training and skill development resources are available for additional support. Regarding management style, this manager may be newer to leadership and likely still navigating what their style is and how best to support their team. We hope you’re open to providing that person feedback and help them understand your work and communication preferences to drive a better working relationship. Since we are unsure if you’ve already made attempts to discuss directly with your manager, we also hope you consider sharing feedback more openly with senior leadership, as we want your voice to be heard and ensure there’s a safe space to do so. We believe everyone at Circa is doing their best to support each other and keep us a successful business and great place to work. Even if there are hard tradeoff decisions to make, or difficult workplace conversations to have, we can work together and reach a common goal if we communicate directly and honestly with each other.
