Pros
Great culture, ongoing training (initial training week was fantastic and I learned so much), emphasis on career and growth, good benefits, compensation potential is endless, co-workers couldn't be better (except for a rare exception), good managers, best products and services to sell in the industry, fun and open environment. I took this position a couple of years ago and it was the best decision I ever made.
Cons
The only real con is not with the company but a couple of complainers. One in particular who is always griping about something. She does nothing but waste everyone's time and if you don't say anything she assumes you agree with her. The rest of my co-workers are great - we just all wish this one person would move on.
