Pros
Great people, salary, benefits, interesting work since each day in sales is unique and always challenging. The environment and atmosphere is fun and there is a definite team-oriented aspect to the company. Everyone works hard and is passionate about what they do. The support throughout the company is better than anything I have experienced anywhere else. I look forward to coming to work each day and I wouldn't wan to be anywhere else.
Cons
Much is expected of you from day one, but you are given the training and support you need to be successful. Sales is one of those positions that you get out of it what you put into it, so if you try to get by each day doing as little as possible, you won't be successful.
