Do you enjoy strictly cold calling all day? Find passion in telemarketing? Love feeling like a dog in a kennel (aka your cubicle) all day? Enjoy working outside of work at home? Believe in quantity over quality? Then this company is for you! If not, join the 75+ people who've quit in the last 2+ years and get the heck out/away from this place. MilwaukeeJobs.com (Infosoft Group) is the most miserable place I've ever worked in my life. This company actually shrank between my starting and ending date because turnover is EXTREMELY high. Instead of fixing all of the problems, management decides that prize wheel spins and gift cards will "fix" the awful environment they continue to implement. They do give you good benefits, fresh fruit on Tuesdays, catered food on Thursdays, but it's still not enough to slow down their horrendous turnover rate (even interns drop like flies!) A few times a year there are employee events outside of work or during work hours. Literally the main pro about this company is your coworkers, they hire great people who all hate their jobs and can confide in their coworkers how miserable they are. Employee moral is extremely low. People get stuck there for a few years because they're making good money. Free parking off Water Street.

Wow, where to begin! This company will micromanage you to death or manage you with fear, and make you legitimately feel like a child. They track all calls and dials and have unreal expectations! They firmly believe in quantity over quality by having 80-100 dials a day. "Oh, having 100 dials and getting hung up on or yelled at by prospects is gonna get you sales!" What a joke. They also don't allow you to prospect all your sales leads at work, so if you want a healthy work-life balance, NEVER EVER work for this company. You aren't allowed to have your cell phone, unless you ask for permission for emergencies (because we all need to be managed like children, obviously). They track how many hours a week you work and on what, even though you're salaried. Clearly they don't understand what a SALARY means. They also require you to work over 8 hours a day for their pointless "stand up" meetings in the morning and hate when people are "clock-watchers" and leave right at 5. They require you to take a one hour lunch between 11-1 and you often have to work during your lunch to prospect your sales leads. They make literally MILLIONS of dollars a year and management charters private jets to conferences, yet require employees to pay for the measly crap coffee they provide in the office. I felt like I was being watched or judged every single time I'd leave my cube to use the restroom or even talk to a colleague. Every person who quits (even interns!) is considered by management to be "not a good fit" for the company. Maybe if this company would wake up and realize they are they ones actually ruining this company, they would have happier employees. There are not career paths for all departments. Everyone from sales interns to upper management all have the same expectations of cold calling all day. Don't think that once you get promoted you won't be that same miserable person repeatedly calling people who don't want to talk to you all day. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone unless they want to be micromanaged and not have a mind of their own. All calls are extremely scripted and there's absolutely no creativity.
