Employees are appreciated and hard work never goes unnoticed. The upper management of the company personally sit down with everyone on a regular basis to get feedback on how the company is doing and how it can get better. They listen and act on what you tell them. I've worked at large companies and it's way too easy to get lost, but MilwaukeeJobs.com has the feel of a close community. I get to work with brilliant people every day who work extremely hard and are always there to help. This includes everyone in leadership positions, from the very top on down. So many things to love, and it's great looking forward to coming to work. My top pros: 1. Casual work environment 2. Summer hours were fantastic and gave me more time to spend with my family 3. Meet and collaborate every month with cross-funtional teams to discuss ways to make improvements 4. Free parking, which sounds minor, but I've worked at other companies in downtown Milwaukee and this is not typical 5. Get to work on amazing projects with amazing people 6. Open, transparent leadership team from the top on down 7. MilwaukeeJobs.com encourages community volunteerism 8. Plenty of growth opportunities, training and chances to get promoted 9.
