Pros

Hardly any Pros. They have stopped hiring full time unless the individual store is in desperate need of a full time employee. Be prepared to work sporadic hours to make up for your co workers that do not show up for work. Fair and hard working store managers are also rare. Work environment varies wildly from store to store. Some stores allow free coffee/fountain for employees, some do not. One pro, but also a con is that it is very difficult to get fired from here. Good for the terrible employees. Bad for the hard working ones. Circle K is always hiring. If you're desperate for a job then please apply!

Cons

Upper management is useless. They will constantly beg employees to cover other stores which would be fine if other stores weren't constantly needing help. Do not be afraid to stick up for yourself if you are being taking advantage of. Pay is also low. 7.75/hr but can be brought up to 8/hr if you're persistent.

Pros

Surprisingly Great Access to Benefits. I opened up an HSA and had access to a company sponsored HDHP insurance plan, so it's a legit savings account. Well, they throw the food out at the end of the day, so if you buy anything while you're working there then you're making a mistake. Great work environment, like they can actually sell chocolate bars inside! -- What a bar.

Cons

Well, you can only stay there for so long. I found if you don't try out the deals then your particularly hurtful to customers, the caviot is the food deals are a waste of time. They'll work you if you try the stuff, so just don't try anything.
