Pros

With the growth of the company and the basic needs a convenient store fulfils for customers, job security is extremely high.

Cons

With its global growth upper management has this high idea about the company. However the reality of working at a convenient store is much more messy than that. Also there are not enough labor hours to properly staff the store. Especially when you consider check cashing and inventory control.

Pros

The people I work with are nice, Which is huge given I have had terrible co-workers. that made work not worth showing up, but here its been Different surprisingly, it's a great place to work if money is not your priority. and they even let me have a chair to sit in every now and again, for my back and neck, which is nice that they actually honor their reasonable accommodations.

Cons

The pay is peanuts, not really enough to pay the bills, so if you have bills to pay then this will help a little but not much.
