Pros
If you have a good manager this is a great job. Good co-workers make a huge difference as well. The job is pretty simple. Clean stuff, stock stuff, make sure food and coffee are hot and fresh and be nice to the customers. There is room for advancement but you need to stay on top of asking about raises and promotions they are not just going to come to you and say here's an extra 50 cents per hour.
Cons
The pay is horrible. I have 20 years of management experience and they offered me $8.05 per hour. When I refused to work for so little they said they could do better. I did not find out what my pay was until 3 days after I started working. I was started out at $8.50 and was quickly raised to $8.75 but I don't see any more money in the near future.
