Pros

No dam pros cause they could care less about you!

Cons

Mgmt sucks absolutely no mgmt no HR everything is all on phone which no one ever had a number too... All of sudden no one remember. Mgmt. Act like they care but do absolutely nothing when there is a problem. They can Never get your hours or overtime right. Trucks never work always broken down yet they still expect to drive 70mph with a truck full of gas. Not giving a dam about your safety. If your new plan on always working weekends cause only seniority gets weekends. Oh and they always want you to work your days off. Even when you don't want to. And when you do decide to finally enjoy one of your days off you get written up for it. Oh yeah let's not forget sign on bonus they promise you that you will never get. Dont get me started on lunchs and breaks because you have none!!! They want you to drive through lunchs and breaks. Guaranteed you will be getting wrongful termination lawyer in end. Cause I wasn't only one! Like I said run!!! And don't look back!

Pros

Benefits such as health/medical insurance

Cons

Massive company. I worked a couple different roles from the “corporate” side, even if I was in stores a lot of the time. One thing I learned is that the “office” or “corporate” roles don’t really have a day off. Sure, it’s a Monday-Friday job but it’s like regardless of what you do there, you’re on call in some way but there isn’t any sort of incentive in return. You’re likely not going to get a sufficient work-life balance working here, because, again, someone is going to be calling or emailing you on the weekend or in the evening where either you have to handle it, or pass it onto someone else who can. Lack of thorough vetting has resulted in unqualified leadership with challenging management styles that hurt daily team morale.
