      Pros

      You get paid weekly, my manager and district manager are amazing but that's about it.

      The bathroom has been broke for 5 to 6 months. They delete the work orders when we put it in. We never get new equipment its all used or already broken. It's a joke. The freezer broke for YEARS and the ONLY REASON they fixed it was cause the company that had to keep putting freon in it said they weren't putting more in anymore unless they actually fix it. The company ideally wants one person on in the stores and expects you to keep up the work of a team of 5. So now if anyone calls out, gets sick, goes on vacation the rest of us is screwed. Oh and THE PAY IS HORRENDOUS for the amount of work you have to do!

      The work environment is relaxed and low-stress, and the projects themselves are genuinely interesting and give you room to work on real, meaningful problems. Compensation is fair for the base role, and the day-to-day culture is easy to work within.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities within the company are limited, and it can be hard to see a clear path upward. Compensation, while fair, isn't very competitive compared to the market for similar data science roles, especially as skills develop. Projects are interesting but aren't closely tied to cutting-edge AI/ML work, so it's harder to build modern, in-demand technical skills here.
