Pros

Job itself is easy PTO Sick Leave Lots of overtime Differntial pay

Cons

I've had to narcan 3 people in the bathroom Theft is through the roof No security Get used to yelling at addicts and homeless to stop doing drugs in the parking lot Turnover is through the roof Management only cares about ecosure points and upselling nothing about employee safety or even customer safety Maintenance never gets properly completed just bandaid solutions till everything breaks 2 months later Upper management will threaten you with illegal labor violations

Cons

Growth opportunities within the company are limited, and it can be hard to see a clear path upward.
