Pros
- A simple job - Can work depending if you like nights -I imagine it would be better if there was open communication within the company
Cons
-Managers have last say, no one from HR checks in or anything so your employer can Litreally bully you and nothing will be done. - promoting lift constantly even when you do promote it, you will reap repercussions cause a customer said no. - there is a lot of unfair situations, example you can promote and promote get a high score but because Becky’s friends niece works there she will get promoted even though her score is extremely poor.
