The company says it offers flexible schedules, remote possibilities and vacation policies, but that is not adopted by all team leads. Each teams acts as their own separate business unit and one sour manager who is unfair and manages dirty by playing favorites can ruin the productivity of a whole team, from using lower level employees as scapegoats and talking ill about junior employees. Leadership teams are unrealistic, you can't keep blaming middle management for your inflated ego and inability to actually properly manage people.
Get your damn data model together you can't keep blaming the middle man, it is cruel and eventually you are going to have a lawsuit on your hands with the irrational requests and expectations that single out few and are expected of all. The company is full of favorites, it's like that 2000's Move: Mean Girls; If you aren't bff's with the cool girls at the lunch table someone will likely be stealing your lunch tomorrow, or better yet management will likely put blame on you for why their is a core latency issue.
