      Pros

      Leadership changes over the last 12 months have had a positive impact on culture and morale. There's a greater sense of respect amongst colleagues, and I get the impression that the C team wants to hear from the staff.

      Can't think of any at the moment. No company is perfect.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
