Pros

Good amount of responsibility, fair PTO package, Opportunities for semi-annual and annual bonuses, working face-to-face with members, being a part of a team. Driven CEO with a growth minded attitude. Can be a fun atmosphere at times. Fair amount of opportunities for promotion due to increasing growth of the company.

Cons

Dealing with people can be good, but it can also be stressful. Investment goals are a bit much. Pay is decent compared to other banking institutions, but is under market value compared to the goals and responsibilities of the position. Benefits are sub-par at best, with the exception of dental and eye care.

Pros

Genuinely great experience working here, both because of the people and the opportunities to grow. The team is supportive and collaborative — everyone’s willing to jump in and help, share knowledge, and celebrate each other’s wins. It creates a work environment that feels more like a team effort than everyone just grinding on their own.

Cons

Communication across departments isn’t always perfectly in sync, though it’s rarely a real issue. Onboarding could be a little more structured, but there’s always someone willing to help you figure things out. Things can get busy at times, but overall it’s manageable and part of a normal, growing work environment.
