The team is supportive and collaborative — everyone’s willing to jump in and help, share knowledge, and celebrate each other’s wins. Communication across departments isn’t always perfectly in sync, though it’s rarely a real issue. Onboarding could be a little more structured, but there’s always someone willing to help you figure things out. Things can get busy at times, but overall it’s manageable and part of a normal, growing work environment.
