Ability to work remote, people " seem" nice but....

Cons

Serious micromanagement of your time down to the minute. Definitely NOT an adult job. You are a mindless robot answering as many calls as you can while all of the Karen's oversee your every move. I'm telling you RUN..they have a lot of people w long tenure and believe me you will see why if your unfortunate enough to get a job here. They don't care about your goals, career aspirations, or development. They do a good job of trying to "act" like it but no they could care less.

Pros

Genuinely great experience working here, both because of the people and the opportunities to grow. The team is supportive and collaborative — everyone’s willing to jump in and help, share knowledge, and celebrate each other’s wins. It creates a work environment that feels more like a team effort than everyone just grinding on their own.

Cons

Communication across departments isn’t always perfectly in sync, though it’s rarely a real issue. Onboarding could be a little more structured, but there’s always someone willing to help you figure things out. Things can get busy at times, but overall it’s manageable and part of a normal, growing work environment.
