      Pros

      Many pros - cool colleagues, drive towards future technologies! Also, overtime paid, reimbursement of sport invoices, additional health insurance and many more. What more can you want?

      Can be a bit high pressure with the workload sometimes

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
