      There are good perks such as breakfast buffet served monthly and beer available when working late hours.

      Cons

      Long hours some of the time, some of the time there is little work to be done. Low salary, must stay for 3 years following completing a designation to avoid having to pay back tuition payments paid by citco

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
