Pros
Excellent, competitive benefit package. Can not think of anything more than this.
Cons
Senior Management does not help out with the work and expects that all personel work overtime, and leaves early themselves. Senior Management monitors overtime hours and comes down hard when they feel you are working too much, but continue to give you more work and pressure. In an effort to seek more organization, the control processes add more work for staff members and will question your ability to perform when you speak up and express concerns that the controls are making more work, which in turn over works the staff and increases the risk of error when everyone works until midnight almost every night.
