Dear Former Colleague - thanks for your balanced review. The Toronto office like most of Citco's offices are filled with a diverse population of talented professionals. Many believe that such diversity leads to better decision making, problem solving and an environment where we can learn so much from each other. As mentioned in several other reviews - Citco has a formalized and robust promotion process in place - not just at year end, but at mid year as well. In fact, the Toronto office was able to deliver almost 80 promotions at the end of the year.
