Dear Former Colleague - It’s disappointing to hear that your experience, albeit for a limited period, was not overly positive. It’s surprising to get such feedback about training, especially in our Manila office. As a company Citco invests heavily to grow and develop our people. Manila is a relatively new location for Citco, where we have expanded quickly. We have a strong training team there who have developed detailed and engaging onboarding and new hire training programs. It is core to Citco values to offer career progression opportunities and develop our talent at all levels from within wherever possible. Of course we also expect employees to take some responsibility for their own development – by exploring our eLearning offerings, working proactively with colleagues and manager to develop your skills, in addition to other ways we can study and learn.
