Dear Colleague - thanks for your feedback and 3 star rating. We agree - there is some excellent experience and exposure to be had at Citco - for recent grads as well as more seasoned professionals. Citco is a leader in the hedge fund administrator space - because we work hard and are committed to high quality customer support and our work product. Given the nature of the work - there are busy periods that require overtime - it's simply the nature of our work. However we take on board your comments about work life balance and the management are working hard to review the staff to work ratio.
