Nice people to work with, great location, good learning.
Cons
Management don't care about you, you must suffer to satisfy the client, Citco has a habit of replacing employees that have been there 2 to 3 years. If you are an average to above average worker they will generally give you a good severance so that you won't compain. I've seen many of my friends go this way without any fault to them.
