      Welfare of the company is very good. 20 days leave per year. Medical and dental benefit provided. Workings hours are good.

      Cons

      Company pay rise is not significant. Will not try to keep current employer and negotiate pay to be competitive with the market.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
