      Pros

      The work culture at the Luxembourg office is very relaxed and feels more like a family environment. Great place to learn about the fund industry in depth irrespective of which job role you are at if you take the initiative as they have a good set of clients. The company has an open door policy and senior management is easily accessible. Overtime payment, great colleagues, office is located in the city center and a lot of social event are add ons.

      Cons

      Only con would be that pay is below par as compared to other administrators.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
