      Pros

      It has a reasonable pay and a good learning curve for fresh graduates in terms of technical knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      The company has a confusingly organised, especially with additional job scope, different job scope, team restructuring/shuffling between teams/offices. Many policies are being implemented halfway. There is little/no pay increment and no year end bonus.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
